1. Introduction

Welcome to iRise. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our services, including white-glove residential deliveries, commercial deliveries, property styling, on-location shoot support, event setup and pack-up, removals, and labour hire. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied by the client. Final charges may vary if the scope of work changes on the day (e.g., additional items, difficult access).

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) has been received and you have received a confirmation communication from our team.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for residential and commercial deliveries, removals, and event setups must be completed upon completion of the job, unless an account or prior arrangement has been authorised.

For property styling and labour hire, specific payment milestones will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

We accept standard payment methods including credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access: You must ensure our staff have safe and adequate access to the pick-up and delivery locations. This includes clearing pathways and securing parking where possible.

Preparation: For standard removals and deliveries, all loose items must be securely packed in boxes unless our white-glove or packing services have been specifically requested.

Presence: You or an authorised representative must be present during the collection and delivery to sign off on the completed work.

6. Liability and Insurance

We take the utmost care in handling your property. However, we highly recommend that you arrange your own comprehensive transit insurance for valuable items.

iRise will not be held liable for damage caused by pre-existing weaknesses in furniture, poor packing done by the client, or unavoidable delays due to traffic or severe weather conditions.

7. Labour Hire Specifics

When engaging our labour hire services, our personnel will work under your direction. You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment that complies with all relevant Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
